Tennis Pavilion

The Cherry Valley Club was established in 1916 and is a private golf and tennis club as well as a social meeting place for its members. The facility has an idyllic 18-hole golf course, six red clay tennis courts, platform tennis courts and main clubhouse with several indoor and outdoor dining venues. Our design work began with the expansion of the existing Grill Room Bar and capture of the Oak Room to create a new bar with beautiful expanded views of the manicured golf course from the new panoramic traditional single hung windows. The new bar and interior space were detailed to match the original Grill Room details and finishes. Our work included new structural alterations to address concealed failed structural framing and foundation conditions. Upon completion of the new bar and expanded interior spaces, our office redesigned the Ladies Showers and Bathroom spaces to meet ADA requirements and to upgrade plumbing and mechanical systems serving the aforementioned spaces. Recent projects include a seamless addition to the Tennis Pavilion and alteration design of the Halfway House.
