Our design of the new Oak Room Bar included structural alterations of the more than 100-year-old facility to allow expansion of the original Grill Room Bar.  Capturing the magnificent views of the verdant golf course was the key to our design.  Opening of the existing wall separating the Men’s Grill from the Oak Room involved new structural steel framing and foundation work.  Completion of the structural alterations allowed us to create a seamless extension of the existing bar matching all of the existing interior details.  The bar was increased by more than 50% with members of the club utilizing every inch available of the new space we designed.  The success experienced by the club with increased revenue and a new interior consistent with the club’s design are the best compliments we could have received.  Cooperation by the Board of Directors, Club Manager, Contractor and our firm resulted in an excellent alteration design for the Cherry Valley Club.
