New Entrance Marquee

Our design for this particular midblock commercial office building included a new marquee to provide improved building identification. In addition, our proposed design provides for major upgrades to the existing lobby and building entrance. The marquee is constructed with steel structural framing, aluminum, stainless steel cladding and translucent safety laminated glass. Our design for the new marquee is a curved contemporary form with integrated indirect and direct LED lighting. New full-height glass doors include a glass transom with the building’s address etched in place. New lobby interior ceiling design, lighting and mechanical design create a most current modern entrance experience. The existing original full height marble slabs and flooring are to be restored and cleaned as part of our overall scope of work for this 1927 masonry and steel building.
