Our interior design of this gut renovation starts as you enter the lower floor of this perfectly positioned duplex apartment.  We designed a semicircular marble stair with curved polished stainless-steel handrail anchored to the new custom wood plank flooring.  Glass risers allow the stair to “float” and provides light to filter through.  The living and dining spaces have views of Central Park and magnificent skyline.  Details include a minimal LED continuous cove light which provides a subtle perimeter glow in contrast to the contemporary decorative light fixtures.  Interior finishes are premium quality and include rift sawn stained oak plank flooring, custom premium cabinetry throughout, Level 5 drywall finish, marble tile and slab sections.  Radiant floor heating was installed at the new Master Bathroom where dedicated plumbing fixtures included a deep soaking tub and custom shower.  The custom kitchen is outfitted with premium appliances, custom cabinetry and solid marble countertop elegantly sculpted.
