The classic Art Deco-era building was built in 1931 and designed by Bottomely, Wagner & White.  Our alteration of Apartment 10B was done in keeping with the building’s interior architecture.  New mouldings, doors and hardware were selected to reinforce the classically designed interior.  A new eat-in kitchen, pantry, laundry and media library were redesigned to complement the elegant living spaces such as the formal living and dining rooms.  The main apartment entrance was also redesigned with classic black and white marble slab flooring reminiscent of grand foyers for this 10-room residence.  Artwork can be found throughout the Apartment with commissioned works by famous artists as can be viewed when you first enter the apartment.  New air conditioning, wiring and lighting was installed throughout the apartment.  Existing bathrooms were all redesigned with traditional details, fixtures and accessories for this NYC Landmark.
