This carefully designed upper Fifth Avenue apartment alteration was completed in the Russian Empire style with special emphasis given to the formal living room and library / office. The kitchen was detailed with traditional English cabinetry motifs and opens to a multi-media den space which can be separated via custom sound proof sliding doors. An incredibly narrow three foot wide by ten foot bathroom was incorporated in the planning of the guest bedroom suite. The apartment was equipped with a state of the art audio / video system and partial central air conditioning system common in most luxury apartment residences.
