Cosmo Veneziale, Architect created a vertical enlargement of this existing four store townhouse set back from the principal south facing façade. The new fifth floor includes two bedrooms and bathrooms accessed via a new stair naturally illuminated by a new aluminum and glass skylight. Interior alteration design included a new kitchen, master bathroom and second bathroom. A new HVAC system was integrated to serve the fifth floor enlargement.
