The design of the apartment alteration combined two  apartments to create a true high end residential apartment.  Our client for this particular alteration desired the best of premium interior finishes, materials, hardware and equipment.  We provided the client what he desired with a reinterpretation of Italian traditional design including exquisite trompe l’oeil painting at the apartment’s entrance foyer.  Traditional details are executed at the highest level of craftsmanship throughout the apartment interior spaces.  All of the bathrooms and powder room were designed with full height marble slabs such as filled Giallo Travertine used for the Master Bathroom.  All new mechanical, electrical and plumbing infrastructure were installed to provide seamless system integration.

Decorative period light fixtures and recessed art lighting are precisely located especially for illumination of our client’s original art collection and the beautiful spaces we created.
